I have never attended a QCDO class, do I need to create an account prior to class? Preferably yes and you can do this from our condensed website store. Click here to redeem your first free visit & create your account. Select "Class Passes> 1st Class Free-Introductory". You will not be asked for any payment information.
I have attended QCDO classes in the past, but I have never created an online account. What do I do to purchase classes? Make sure to use our Full Online Store at www.myqcdo.com the first time you create your account. On the right side of the screen, input your First and Last Name. The system should recognize you and ask you to verify yourself and then to create a password. After you know your email & password, you can use either our condensed website store for quick access or mobile access, OR you can view the Full Online Store at www.myqcdo.com.
I created an account, but I forgot my account password. What do I do now? You have to visit our Full Online Store to recover your password. Visit www.myqcdo.com and click on "Forgot Password" in top right corner.
When I go to www.myqcdo.com , it looks like I'm being taken to another website? Is this right? Is this secure? Yes, our Full Online Store is managed by a different provider so it looks a little different Whether you use our condensed website store or the Full Online Store, your account details are updated in real time.
Will my information be safe? Yes, our store provider meets the credit card industry’s highest security standard. They do this by storing and encrypting credit card numbers and billing information offsite.
Can I access the Full Online Store from a mobile device? Yes, www.myqcdo.com can be viewed on a computer or mobile device; however it will be somewhat difficult to read on a mobile device. When on a mobile device, it is recommended to use our condensed website store.
