Queen City DanceOut was founded in 2007 by Angie Acosta with the simple idea that exercise should be fun! We make exercise an irresistible party – not a chore. Our goal is to introduce you to the long-term benefits of fitness through our passion for dance!
Combining the hottest music with easy-to-follow moves, our unique routines feature a lot of hip swinging and booty shakin’, laughing and singing – and a contagious energy that can’t be beat. At Queen City DanceOut, you escape the daily grind one hour at a time, losing pounds, gaining confidence and dancing your cares away!
And while our classes are dance-inspired, you don’t have to be a dancer to join in the adventure. Queen City DanceOut welcomes people of all ages and abilities. In fact, at the beginning of each class, every instructor emphasizes our fitness philosophy: “If you’re moving, you’re doing it right!”
Our participants will tell you that Queen City DanceOut classes are more fun than traditional workouts. There is a true sense of community involved. When you’re in class, people are happy to see you and when you are gone, they notice.
